A block 1 is provided with a body 2 and a film layer 3. The body 2 is composed of a polymer molding that includes air foams. A base polymer material preferable for the body 2 is ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer. The body 2 is colored with a colorant. The film layer 3 covers the overall surface of the body 2. The film layer 3 prevents air bubbles from being exposed. Since the film layer 3 is transparent the color tone and the texture of the body 2 can be observed from outside. The film layer 3 is made of thermoplastic elastomer or rubber as its base material. The width of the film layer 3 is 10μm or more but less than 1000μm.
