To determine a plurality of specific constituents in plasma easily and accurately at a time by arranging a plurality of reagent parts that are independent of a blood-separating part flatly on a support body.
A blood-separating part 2 is provided on a support 1, and a plurality of reagent independent parts 3 are arranged at nearly equal distances from the center 4 where blood is dripped. Also, a recessed part or a small hole reaching the support body 1 can be provided to receive blood at the blood- separating part 2. The support 1 transmits light but does not permeate water and is made of, for example, polystyrene, polyethylenetelephthalate, and polybutylenetelephtharate. The reagent part 3 reacts with a specific constituent in blood that is filtered by the blood-separating part 2 and preferably consists of a reagent that reacts with a specific constituent in plasma that is filtered by the blood-separating part 2, has an absorbance for a wavelength of 200-900nm, and develops color or a reagent for emitting light with a wavelength of 200-900nm, and a hydrophilic carrier that retains the reagent.
