Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which can determine an abnormality of an initial reaction more accurately in a blood coagulation analysis.SOLUTION: The method for a blood coagulation analysis calculates a blood coagulation time from data showing a coagulation curve representing a change over time in the optically detected value of a blood sample provided with a measurement reagent, and determines an abnormality of an initial reaction using the result of determination on the compatibility between the shape of the coagulation curve shown by the data and the shape of the reference coagulation curve.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
