Abstract:
To provide a blood compatibility medical titanium material capable of suppressing formation of clot on a surface, even in the case of contact with blood; and to provide a production method of the blood compatibility medical titanium material.SOLUTION: A blood compatibility medical titanium material is a laminate having rutile-type titanium dioxide on at least a part of a substrate. In the rutile-type titanium dioxide, the thickness is 50 nm-10,000 nm, and the arithmetic mean surface roughness is 0.01 nm-1.0 nm. A production method thereof is also provided.SELECTED DRAWING: None
