Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-set-up ventilating device for double sliding sashes without machining a hole and a cutout in a mounting/setup area in a building and marring the function of the double sliding sashes.
SOLUTION: A ventilating device mainbody 21 is mounted on outside sash rails 9 for double sliding sashes 3 which are open/closed by sliding an inside sash 15 and an outside sash 13 perform ventilation in a room. The inside sash 15 is prevented from being closed by a window frame application member 23 provided on the ventilating mainbody 21 to be slidable into and out of the room. A key stopper 25 is provided on the opposite side of the inside sash 15 to stop the outside sash 13 as well at the same time so that the inside sash 15 can be prevented from being open. In this way, natural ventilation is performed all day. The ventilating device mainbody 21 is provided with a louver formed with a freely open/closed glass plate. When the height of the ventilating device mainbody 21 is different from the heights of the sashes 3, a height adjusting member is mounted to adjust the heights.
