PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hemofiltration instrument capable of speedily performing hemofiltration work and collection work of wastes in a suction tool.SOLUTION: A hemofiltration instrument (1A) comprises: a first cylindrical body (2); a filtration part which is provided inside the first cylindrical body (2) and has a mesh for blood filtration in the axial direction of the first cylindrical body (2); and a second cylindrical body (4) provided in the axial direction of the first cylindrical body (2). When the hemofiltration instrument (1A) is placed in a waste fluid collection container (W), the second cylindrical body (4) forms a hollow portion without mesh, in the axial direction of the first cylindrical body (2).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
