Abstract:
To provide a blood glucose measurement toilet seat that can perform measurement of blood glucose level without awareness only sitting on the toilet seat during urination and defecation.SOLUTION: A toilet seat 1 is O type, and incorporates a gas measurement sensor 2, has a gas measurement sensor 2 which detects the skin gas emitted from the body of the user seated on the toilet seat, measures acetone in the skin gas, calculate the blood glucose level based on the measured value, and has means by which to notify the user of the calculated result. The notification means is arranged on the seat surface of the toilet seat, and includes: a stimulation unit 3 that directly stimulates the body without the use of clothing to the user who sits; a control unit 4 for controlling the control of whether or not to add stimulation and the strength of the stimulus based on the state of the calculated blood glucose level; and a display unit 6 arranged on the toilet seat upper surface of the front end of the O-type in a position between both thighs when the user is seated on the toilet seat 1, to display the state of the blood glucose level on the display unit by which to confirm the state of the reported blood glucose level with the notification means without being conscious by the display unit 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
