Title:
BLOOD PRESSURE MEASURING SYSTEM AND METHOD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3948674
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately measure the blood pressure regardless of the state of the autonomic nerves of a subject.
SOLUTION: First, the LF/HF and the blood pressure are measured in the blood pressure measuring system 10. Next, the measured LF/HF and blood pressure are correlated and stored in a storage device 18. Then, a CPU 17 determines whether the number of times of measurement of the LF/HF and blood pressure reaches a prescribed number or not in the states with different LF/HF values. When the number reaches the prescribed number, the relation of the blood pressure to the LF/HF is approximated to a linear function by the least-square method, for example. After that, a UI device 19 displays the result of approximation by the CPU 17. Then, the result of approximation by the CPU 17 is stored in the storage device 18 again, and the process is terminated.
