To provide a flexible blood treating filter in which there is no danger of obstructing the flow of blood without adhering a container on an exit side to a filter element, that is the flow of the blood is uniform, a blood treating speed is high and pressure resistance and peeling resistance are excellent.
The blood treating filter is composed of a flexible container having the entrance and exit of the blood and a sheet-like filter element for removing microaggregates, white blood cells and/or thrombocytes from the blood, and a space inside the container is partitioned into an entrance side space and an exit side space by the filter element. In the blood treating filter, between the filter element and the container on the exit side, at least one post filter having a plurality of projection parts whose height is ≥0.2mm and ≤3.5mm and minimum height is ≥0.2mm and <3.5mm is arranged.
