Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood product management system capable of minimizing an amount of a blood product to be disposed of without being used.SOLUTION: A blood product management system relating to the invention comprises: combination means that has a thermometer-equipped wireless tag with individual wireless tag identification information given thereto and is combinable with a blood product; control means that stores both the wireless tag identification information corresponding to the combination means and product identification information preliminarily provided to the blood product with which the combination means is combined, in association with each other, and outputs a measurement start signal of the thermometer of the thermometer-equipped wireless tag. At least when the blood product is discharged for the use, the control means dispatches the measurement start signal and then causes the thermometer-equipped wireless tag to start temperature measurement of the blood product. The thermometer-equipped wireless tag includes a memory and causes the memory to chronologically store results of the temperature measurement by the thermometer after the temperature measurement is started.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
