Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood purification device that can reduce residues in a blood circuit.SOLUTION: A blood purification device 1 includes: a first separator 10 for separating plasma from blood in a blood sampling circuit 71; a second separator 20 for sending the plasma off to a blood return circuit 73 after separating a predetermined component further from the plasma passing through the first separator 10; a pump 32 provided at an intermediate circuit 74 for connecting the first separator 10 with the second separator 20, and supplying the plasma from the first separator 10 toward the second separator 20; an air supply unit 50 capable of supplying air to an air supply place (vapor-liquid separator 40) in the downstream from the pump 32 in the intermediate circuit 74; and a control unit 110 for controlling the pump 32 and the air supply unit 50. The control unit 110 stops the pump 32 and supplies air to the air supply place (vapor-liquid separator 40) by the air supply unit 50, and also can execute plasma collection control for sending out and collecting the plasma existing in a portion of the downstream side from the air supply place (vapor-liquid separator 40) to the blood return circuit 73 through the second separator 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
