Abstract:
To provide a blood purifier to be used for treating a chronic renal failure, with which performance stability and blood composition are improved.
The blood purifier incorporates a hollow fiber membrane made of cellulose acetate. The blood purifier is structured such that the hollow fiber membrane includes the assembly of particles, there are two precise layers of particles in the range of 30% of membrane thickness from an outer surface to an inner surface, and the particles whose average diameter is not less than 50 nm are filled in the range of 60% of the membrane thickness from the inner surface to the outer surface.
