To measure blood-sugar levels noninvasively on the basis of temperature measurement.
A blood-sugar levels measuring apparatus includes a heat quantity measuring section which measures two or more temperatures originated from a body surface and obtains the information concerning the heat diffusion from the body surface, a volume of oxygen measuring section which acquires the information concerning the volume of oxygen in the blood, a storing section which stores a relation between parameters corresponding respectively to the above two or more temperatures and the above volume of oxygen in the blood and the blood-sugar levels, and a calculation section which converts the two or more measurement values input from the above heat quantity measuring section and the above volume of oxygen measuring section to the above parameters and calculates the blood-sugar levels by applying the above parameters on the above relation which is stored in the above storing section.
