The blood vessel therapeutic instrument is covered with a dyestuff-containing resin which contains one or more types of a biocompatible dyestuff selected from the group consisting of a sulfonate-based azo dye, a phthalein-based dye, a triphenylmethane-based dye, a phenanthridinium-based dye, an acridine-based dye, a xanthene-based dye, a phenothiazin-based dye and a cyanine-based dye as the dyestuff.
