Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood vessel treatment assembly capable of effective treatment without a foreign matter left within a blood vessel and with minimized invasiveness.SOLUTION: A blood vessel treatment assembly 100 comprises: a catheter 110 which has a vessel closing part 112 expandable and contractable and has at least one lumen 115 formed communicating from the distal end side to the proximal end side of the vessel closing part; a cut off tool 120 which is insertable to the lumen, and capable of circumferentially cutting off a vessel 1 at the distal end side of the vessel closing part; a fold back device 130 which is insertable to the lumen, curves to fold back to the proximal end side at the distal end side of the vessel closing part, and is capable of turning the vessel wall 1C of the end of a cut off vessel to the outside of the vessel; and a treatment tool 140 which is insertable into the lumen and is capable of treating the surface of the vessel wall turned inside out.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
