PURPOSE: To provide a resin form with a predetermined thickness ratio simply by a method wherein a temperature difference between a predetermined site and the non-predetermined site of a parison is set in accordance with a predetermined thickness ratio after forming the form, when a resin form, made by extending a parison so that specified parts are given with thicker thickness, is formed through blow forming.
CONSTITUTION: A parison 7 is hung from the accumulator head 11 of a parison extruder. A pair of expander panels 8 is driven by arm members 42 into a direction separating one expander panel from the other expander panel while the curved surfaces 32 of temperature controlling units in respective expander panels 8 are abutted against the inner surfaces of predetermined sites 7 on the left and right walls of the parison 7. Further, respective expander panels 8 are driven into a direction of separating respective expander panels 8 from each other to orient the non-predetermined sites 7b of the parison 7 to thin them. In this case, a temperature difference between the predetermined site 7a of the parison and the non-predetermined site 7b of the same upon moving respective expander panels 8 is set in accordance with a predetermined thickness ratio after forming these panels.
