PURPOSE: To facilitate a reverse insertion of a long branch pipe lining material into a branch pipe for simplifying an operation and saving a labor by forming a pressurized space in a main pipe by the branch pipe lining material covering in a branch pipe opening part of the main pipe and two air bags disposed in the main pipe.
CONSTITUTION: Two expandable and shrinkable air bags 16, 17 are disposed with a branch pipe opening part between in a main pipe 1. The air bag 16 is connected to a compressor 19 through an air hose 18 and connected to a vacuum pump 21 through a vacuum hose 20. The air bag 17 is also connected to a compressor 23 through an air hose 22 and connected to a vacuum pump 25 through a vacuum hose 24. An electric cable 27 connected to a TV camera 8 and an electric cable 28 connected to a light 9 are airtightly inserted through the air bag 17.
