Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blower device capable of improving mass productivity and a vacuum cleaner including the same.SOLUTION: A blower device includes: an impeller 10 rotating around a central axis extending vertically; and a motor arranged below the impeller and for rotating the impeller. The impeller includes: a base part 11 whose diameter becomes larger downward; and a plurality of blades 12 disposed on a peripheral surface of the base part. An upper part of the impeller is disposed on the rotational direction front side with respect to a lower part. In an outer end part on a front surface disposed on the rotation direction front side of the blades, a radial direction component of a unit normal vector of an upper end part 12h, with an outer peripheral side being a normal direction, is smaller than a radial direction component of the unit normal vector of a lower end part 12k, and thickness of a root 12a of the lower end part is larger than thickness of a root of the upper end part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
