Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blower fan removal method capable of easily removing a fan from a motor of a blower.SOLUTION: In a jig 50 for fan removal, a shaft member 54 is screwed in a screw hole of a base member 52. When a fan 14 is removed from a motor shaft 16, in a fan removal step, by rotating the shaft member 54 with respect to the base member 52, a motor shaft end surface 16b is pressed with the shaft member 54, and the fan 14 is moved toward one direction of a motor 12 with respect to the motor shaft 16. Consequently, force for removing the fan 14 from the motor shaft 16 acts by rotation of the shaft member 54, and the fan 14 can be easily removed from the motor shaft 16.
