Abstract:
To provide a blower and a method for constructing the blower, improving the degree of freedom and the executability of work in the case of connecting a plurality of blowers to shield space.
In this blower, potential difference is provided between a high voltage side electrode and a low voltage side electrode to form ionic wind. The blower includes a plurality of blower units having the high voltage side electrode and the low voltage side electrode, wherein the high voltage side electrodes are electrically connected to each other.
