Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blower motor capable of improving production efficiency with an alignment structure in a step of caulking a motor holder and a motor case, of improving fan efficiently, and of also suppressing noise; and to provide a manufacturing method thereof and a blower fan applied to the blower motor thereof.SOLUTION: There is provided a blower motor 1 comprising a motor body M having a rotational shaft; a motor case h1 having the motor body inside, and exposing the rotational shaft outside from an end portion; and a motor holder h2 for holding an opposite side end portion to the rotational shaft of the motor body, and closing an opening by being engaged with the end portion of the motor case. A flange part 170 is formed at an edge of the motor holder. In the flange part, formed are engagement holes 171 attachably/detachably engaged with positioning protrusions 102a, 102b provided by a jig 100 that can be caulked via movement with respect to the motor case.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
