To prevent play of a fan shroud in relation to a radiator 10 when the radiator and the fan shroud are assembled with an engagement means such as a snap fit.

The fan shroud is warped beforehand. The fan shroud 30 is assembled on the radiator 10 in such a manner that the fan shroud 30 is bent when the radiator 10 and the fan shroud 30 are engaged. Since the fan shroud 30 is pressed on the radiator 10 (a tank main body 11a) by reaction force accompanying deflectional deformation of the fan shroud 30, the fan shroud 30 does not have play in relation to the radiator 10 even if a gap 1 is created at an engagement part when the fan shroud 30 is assembled on the radiator 10.
