PURPOSE: To make controllability even so better, by installing setting functions for load judgement in a process, vane opening control corresponding to load and vane sudden on-off time in a fan controller, while checking a disturbance at selection to a commercial power source in time of trouble happening.
CONSTITUTION: A load discriminator 15 and timers 18W20 are installed inside a microcomputer for control of a fan 2. The load discriminator 15 actuates the timer 18 when vapor generating capacity is less than the specified value, setting sudden on-off time for a vane 1. And, in time of trouble happening in a revolving speed controller 7, influence on a process in time of selection to a commercial power source is held down to narrow limits by actuation of the timer 20. Accordingly, as a blower for an air blast, controllability is improvable so favorable enough.
