Abstract:
To provide a compact and lightweight air blower capable of adjusting air capacity by using a single wound transformer for a transformer, and an air blowing system.SOLUTION: An air blower comprises a voltage transform unit and a motor. The voltage transform unit includes a single wound transformer which is connected among three lines of an AC power source of three phases and changes a voltage of the AC power source. The motor rotates an impeller by power supplied from the voltage transform unit. An air blowing system 1 comprises: a first air blower 110 and a second air blower 120; and a control unit 210 for controlling voltages to be supplied to a motor of the first air blower 110 and a motor of the second air blower 120. The first air blower 110 is disposed at a lower position than the second air blower 120. The control unit 210 includes: a growth point detection section for detecting a height of a growth point of a crop; and an air capacity control section for controlling the voltages to be supplied to the motors of the first air blower 110 and the second air blower 120 in accordance with the growth point of the crop detected by the growth point detection section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
