To provide a vortex flow blower achieving higher pressurization, increase of efficiency by improvement of cooling performance and simplification of a seal structure.
In a blower which consists of a blade casing 4a including an annular groove having a center on a rotary shaft 11, and a combination of an impeller 4 of the vortex flow blower provided with a plurality of blades crossing the annular groove and partitioning the same in an circumference direction in the annular groove of the blade casing and a casing 5 provided with stationary flow passage opposing to the annular groove, a plurality of combinations of the impeller 4 and the stationary flow passage 3 are ranged and flow is introduced by connecting a delivery side and a suction side provided on the stationary flow passage 3 of each stage. Each impeller 4 performs two stage pressure rise with one piece and has a shape of cross section of a blade casing 4a in semicircular or a cup shape halving an ellipse shape.
