Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blower capable of improving discharge pressure per power consumption.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric blower 100 is equipped with a top plate portion 17; a vibrator 45; and a piezoelectric element 42. The vibrator 45 is equipped with a vibration plate 41, and a reinforcing plate 70. The top plate portion 17 has a top upper part 18, a side wall portion 19, and a thin top plate 28. The vibrator 45 sandwiches the vibration plate 41 from a thickness direction with the top plate portion 17 to configure a blower chamber 31. The top plate portion 17 has a reinforcing plate 180 in a center area 176. The reinforcing plate 180 restrains vibrations of the center area 176. While the piezoelectric blower 100 is driven, vibrations of the center area 176 of the top plate portion 17 are obstructed by the reinforcing plate 180. Therefore, a position of HARA B2 of the vibrations of the top plate portion 17 is deviated to the outside by the existence of the reinforcing plate 180.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
