Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve which enables misalignment of two plates interposing a movable plate to be easily inspected, and to provide a fluid control device.SOLUTION: A fluid control device (111) includes a valve (12) and a piezoelectric blower (13). The valve (12) has a function that sets flow of fluid in one direction. The valve (12) has a container shape in which a valve chamber (40) is provided. The valve (12) includes: a top plate (21); a side wall plate (22); a bottom plate (23); and a movable plate (24). Multiple first vent holes (41) arranged in a predetermined arrangement are provided at a center of the top plate (21). Multiple second vent holes (43) and multiple auxiliary holes (49) arranged in a predetermined arrangement are provided at a center of the bottom plate (23). The bottom plate (23) has edge parts (50) each enclosing the auxiliary hole (49). Multiple third vent holes (42) arranged side-by-side in a predetermined arrangement are provided at a center of the movable plate (24).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
