Abstract:
To provide a technology which contributes to inhibition of deterioration of ventilation efficiency in a blower.SOLUTION: A blower includes: a body having a suction port and a discharge port; a motor assembly housed in the body; and a seal member disposed between the body and the motor assembly. The motor assembly includes a case, a motor, a fan, and at least one bearing. The case has a first opening and a second opening. The motor includes a stator supported in the case, a rotor, and a motor shaft which may rotate integrally with the rotor. The fan is fixed to the motor shaft and may rotate integrally with the motor shaft. The at least one bearing is supported by the case and rotatably supports the motor shaft. The seal member partitions a space formed between the body and the motor assembly into a first space communicating with the suction port and the first opening and a second space communicating with the second opening and the discharge port.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
