PURPOSE: To obtain a new type blower which has a high wind pressure, a large flow rate, a high efficiency, and a quiet sound.

CONSTITUTION: By returning the air flow discharged from a rotary vane 1a to an inner side stationary passage 4b, from an outer side stationary passage 3a through a return passage 4a at the outer side, an axial blower type flow is generated by repeating numerously, so as to obtain a high wind pressure and a good stationary effect, and a fluid loss is reduced by generating a carry- over flow at the starting end side of the outer side stationary passage 3a at the opposite side of a suction passage, so as to increase the efficiency.
