To provide a blowing apparatus, which is configured to reduce operation sound.SOLUTION: A blowing apparatus comprises: a case 10 having an air passage 100 through which air flows formed therein; a first blower 21, arranged in a first area A on an inner wall surface of the case 10, which blows air to one side or the other side in an axial direction along the inner wall surface in the first area A; a second blower 22, arranged in a second area B opposing in a radial direction of the case 10 to the first area A, which blows air to one side or the other side in the axial direction along an inner wall surface in the second area B; and a control part 205 that controls air-blowing directions and air blow amounts of the blowers 21 and 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
