To improve moldability, producibility and heat resistant creeping performance when an air conditioner is used, in a blowing fan adopting styrene acrylonitrile resin (hereinafter called AS resin) or heat resistant polystyrene resin (hereinafter called heat resistant PS resin).
A fan 1 mis formed by the use of synthetic resin in which 30 to 40 wt.% of glass fiber is mixed in AS resin or heat resistant PS resin. The fan 1 is subjected to annealing treatment by hot air circulation at velocity of 1 to 3 meters per second, under an even oven temperature within the range of 80 to 100°C in case of the AS resin, within the range of 80 to 105°C in the case of heat resistant PS resin. It is thus possible to carry out annealing for a short time compared to a conventional case, and to provide a blowing fan excellent in moldability, rigidity, shock resistance and heat resistant creeping performance with satisfactory producibility.
