In this case, a titanium oxide catalyst layer is carried in a surface of the disc-like plate and the wing part. Since a function as an optical catalyst is given to the fan itself, space of an equipment can be effectively utilized while maintaining the optical catalyst function, and since the fan is rotated in relation to an ultraviolet rays light source, surface of the optical catalyst is evenly irradiated with the ultraviolet rays, and the adsorbed component can be efficiently decomposed.
