This blowing unit 14A includes a wind velocity regulating mechanism for making a wind velocity of air get faster from a lower side of an air blow out port 26 toward an upper side thereof, the wind velocity regulating mechanism is provided with the first-third flow channels 30, 31, 32 partitioned from an upper side toward a lower side by partitioning plates 28, 29 arranged in an air flow passage 27, and dampers 35, 36, 37 are installed in the respective flow channels. Opening degrees of the respective damper blades 39, 40, 41 are set to make an air flow rate flowing from the third flow channel 32 toward the first flow channel 30 increase sequentially.
