PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bluish white titanium oxynitride powder that can be obtained without adding a blue pigment to a white conductive material, and a method of producing the same.SOLUTION: A bluish white titanium oxynitride powder is mainly composed of titanium, oxygen, and nitrogen, has an oxygen concentration of 32-38 mass% and a nitrogen concentration of 0.5-7 mass%, and consists of single particles, where, L value is 25 or more, b value is -1.5 or less, and powder volume resistivity is 1×10Ω cm or more and 5 ×10Ω cm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
