Multichannel audio signals L, C, R, LS, RS, and LFE outputted from a signal source 1 are supplied to a plurality of on-board speakers FL, SC, FR, RL, RR, and SW provided at predetermined positions in a cabin to perform audio reproduction. Further, a phon signal processing circuit 5A generates synthesized signals PRL and PRR of the audio signals L, C, R, LS, and RS and supplies them to open air type headphones or earphones connected to a headphone terminal JR. Then the passengers are made to listen to a reproduced sound audio-reproduced by the open air type headphones or earphones and a sound audio-reproduced by the on-board speakers FL, SC, FR, RL, RR, and SW together.
