To provide a dressing/truing board which sets a cutting blade, corrects its outer shape, and ensures a wide surface area for dressing and truing without replacing a dressing board and a truing board.
This dressing truing board 30 has a laminated structure constituted by laminating a dressing part for setting the cutting blade and a truing part for amending the outer shape of the cutting blade, and is put, having an upper side being a side where the cutting blade is cut in as the dressing part 31, and a lower side as the truing part 32. Consequently, both of toothing by the dressing part and correcting of the outer shape by the truing part are performed by using one dressing truing board. Since the dressing part and the truing part are laminated, a wide surface area of both of the dressing part and the truing part is ensured.
