Abstract:
To provide a board inspection method and an inspecting instrument using the same which achieve higher inspecting efficiency.
A probe 11 for inspection is brought into contact with an undersurface pad 3 of a board 1, and an output pulse 13 thereof is compared with a normal pulse by a comparison means 14 to inspect possible disconnection of a wire pattern of the board and short-circuiting between adjacent wires.
