Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate processing system capable of executing processing, in a case where an urgent cutting-out process of components occurs which needs to be executed while interrupting other process, in which extra delayed time accompanied with the interruption by urgent process is suppressed as much as possible.SOLUTION: A plate processing system includes: a predetermined processing machine 1 of an NC type; a processing machine terminal 2 connected to the processing machine 1 and a network 4; and a high-speed server 5 such as a virtual server. The processing machine terminal 2 has means for sending, to the server 5, a processing program sending request R including: at least one of component shape data and identification information; and a quantity. The server 5 has CAM means for creating a processing program for a plurality of processing machines 1, 1A, and the CAM means creates the processing program used for the predetermined processing machine 1 as a part of processing executed thereby. Then, the server 5 sends the created processing program to the processing machine terminal 2.
