Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-board terminal for dedicated short range communication for automatically additionally registering information associated with the set facility or set spot of newly established dedicated short-range communication path side equipment.
SOLUTION: Information corresponding to the identification number of a dedicated short-range communication facility or its facility set spot is retrieved from an on-board data base 14a, and when the information is not retrieved, the information corresponding to the identification number of the dedicated short-range communication facility or its facility set spot is acquired from an information center 11 outside the vehicle via a portable telephone set 10, and notified to a passenger, and additionally registered in the on-board data base 14a.
