To smoothly shift to the other yarn winding bobbin when the yarn of one yarn winding bobbin runs out.
The axes of mounting shafts 8 are adjusted almost horizontally, and a yarn guide member 21 has an elongated hole 21.1 whose length is set to correspond approximately to a vertical distance between the axes of the mounting shafts so that the ends of the elongated hole are approximately on the extension lines of the axes of the mounting shafts. Two elongate yarn guide elements 22, 23 are mounted to the yarn guide member, next to the side of the elongated hole within the end regions of the elongated hole on the mounting shaft facing side of the yarn guide member, and the free ends of the yarn guide elements have yarn through parts 22.1, 23.1 opened to the side in the direction of the elongated hole 21.1 respectively. The yarn through parts are positioned outside the maximum outer diameter of the yarn winding bobbin Sp wound on a bobbin mounted onto the mounting shaft, and a yarn holding member 24 is arranged in the middle of two mounting shafts and spaced to the side from planes specified by the axes of the mounting shafts.
