A controller 8 performs operational control for operating a bobbin extracting device 23 with respect to the bobbin extracting device 23, when main sensors 6, 7 provided correspondingly to the bobbin extracting device 23 and an auxiliary sensor 6 arranged upstream in the conveyance path of the main sensors 6, 7 detect the presence of the tray 5 or bobbins 3, 4 with temporal difference according to the length of a main bobbin conveyance line 12 from a detection position P4 corresponding to the main sensors 6, 7 to a detection position P3 corresponding to the auxiliary sensor 6.
