To provide a bobbin installation device which has a simple structure and can fix a yarn to a bobbin to be supplied to a target position.

The bobbin installation device 60 includes a bobbin supplying part 50 and a suction pipe 88. The bobbin supplying part 50 supplies the bobbin 48 for winding a spun yarn to a bobbin holder 72 (specifically, a position between a pair of bobbin holders 72) as a target position. The suction pipe 88 catches and guides the spun yard to be wound on the bobbin 48 supplied by the bobbin supplying part 50. The bobbin 48 and the spun yard are supplied to the bobbin holder 72 by moving the bobbin supplying part 50 and the suction pipe 88 in such a state that the spun yard is located on the end part in the axial direction of the bobbin 48 by the suction pipe 88.
