Abstract:
PURPOSE: To lengthen the service life of a bobbin, improve productivity, and improve an operation rate.
CONSTITUTION: A bobbin installing mechanism is composed of an adapter 3 which is fitted nicely to a base part of a spindle 1 according to an external shape of this spindle 1 and in which locking protrusive strips 4 are arranged protrusively on the outer peripheral surface, a bobbin fitted on this spindle 1 so as to be mountable and demountable freely and a bush arranged inside of this bobbin. A hole fitted to/locked on the adapter 3 so as to transmit reliably rotational torque of the spindle 1 and a locking groove to fit the locking protrusive strips to the inner peripheral surface of this hole are formed in this bush. Thereby, the rotational torque of the spindle can be transmitted reliably to the bobbin, and high speed rotation becomes possible, and since bobbin rotating time vibration can be restrained, uneven abrasion of the bobbin can be prevented, so that the service life of the bobbin can be lengthened.
