PURPOSE: To eliminate time loss by forming an intermediate position stop circuit which performs the protrusion and stop of a push piece in the operation circuit of a push fluid pressure cylinder and intermittently pushing a number of full winding bobbins.

CONSTITUTION: While yarn is being wound around the bobbin of a winder, a push piece protrusion operation switch 14 is off. Fluid pressure passes through the passage (a) of a changeover valve 15 and is supplied to port A. A withdrawn push piece 12 is located at a standby position X. When winding is finished and the switch 14 turns on, the fluid pressure passes through the passage (b) of the change-over valve 15 and is supplied to port B. Accordingly, the push piece 12 advances and pushes a bobbin 27-1 in a carrier truck. When the switch 14 turns off again, the push piece 12 stops at the position. Then, when it turns on again, the push piece 12 pushes the second groove winding bobbin 27-2 into the next truck. Simultaneously, since a push piece 17 turns on its withdrawn operation switch 16, the push piece returns to position X.
