PURPOSE: To improve processing speed while securing stability of supply operation, downsize a device, and reduce cost by arranging a bobbin individualizing roller in an outlet part of a part feeder so as to individualize and send out a bobbin.

CONSTITUTION: When a bobbin B2 existing on the introducing side of a top hip discriminating part 5 is pushed out to the top hip discriminating part 5, a bobbin individualizing roller 3 rotates, and supplies a bobbin B1 to the introducing side of the top hip discriminating part 5, and sensors S2 and S3 detect the bobbin B2, and the bobbin individualizing roller 3 is stopped. At the same time, a part feeder 2 is actuated, and the next bobbin B is locked on the stopped bobbin individualizing roller 3, and a sensor S1 detects the bobbin B1, and the part feeder 2 is stopped. On the other hand, the top hip discriminating part 5 discriminates a top hip in a condition where both end parts of a bobbin B"2 push-sent by posture control levers 23 and 24 are brought into close contact with regulating guides 18 and 19 to regulate a level of the bobbins. A bobbin B3 is supplied from the bottom side at bobbin demanding time on the basis of its discriminated result.
