Abstract:
To eliminate the generation of a space when winding is turned back at a flange member, prevent the winding from falling in to prevent winding disorder, and make it possible to perform good alignment winding with an automatic winding machine.SOLUTION: Provided are a cylindrical winding portion 11, around which a winding wire 3 is wound, and flange members 12, 13, which are installed at both ends of the winding portion 11. An inner surface of at least one of the flange members 12, 13 is provided as a regulating surface S, against which the wound wire 3 is pressed continuously or intermittently during winding. An axial position of the winding portion 11 where the regulating surface S is formed is configured to gradually change in a direction away from the end of the winding portion 11 as the winding portion 11 is rotated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
