PURPOSE: To very uniformly wind a thread around the full circumference of a ball-shaped body by constituting the title winder of a central roller part having a thread guide and a hand drum-shaped roller to be separated from the central part roller art and to be rotably located in both sides.

CONSTITUTION: A hand drum-shaped roller 13 is equipped with a central roller part 15 having a thread guide 14 composed of a ring-shaped groove and two tapered roller parts 16 to be separated from the central roller 15, to be located in both sides and to be mutually rotable. Here, since two columnar rollers 11 to give torque to a spherical body 12 and the hand drum-shaped roller 13 are likely to generate a thread breakage due to friction force between a thread wound around the spherical body 12, for example, a rubber thread 17 and them in the relation of a surface hardness to the other, preferably, the surface hardness of the columnar roller 11 is made into 40W60° by a JISA hardness, and the surface hardness of the hand drum-shaped roller 3, especially, of the tapered roller part 16 is made into 50W70° also by the JISA hardness. The central roller part 13 of the hand drum-shaped roller 13 can be composed of, for example, a ceramic in which the hardness is high.
