To provide a bodily sensation type training system which enables a trainee to have a bodily sensation of the work skill-like know-how of an on-site skilled operator.
A work site is equipped with: a computer 11 for collecting on-site data; an image acquiring means 12 for acquiring videos of the work site; work sensation acquiring means 13a and 13b for acquiring the work sensation of a skilled operator; work target means 17a and 17b for the skilled operator; and a physical quantity measuring means 18 for measuring the physical quantity of the work target means. A training room is equipped with: a computer 1 for a training simulator; a terminal display means 2 for the trainee to project work site video; work sensation application means 3a and 3b for applying work sensation to the trainee; skill acquisition target means 7a and 7b for the trainee; and a physical quantity generating means 8 for generating the physical quantity. The image acquiring means, the work sensation acquiring means and the physical quantity measuring means collect the acquired/measured data, and the terminal display means for the trainee, the work sensation application means, and the physical quantity generating means reproduce the work site videos, the work sensation of the skilled operator, and the physical quantity generation.
