To provide a body abnormality informing device and an emergency informing system capable of informing of the occurrence of an abnormality even when a subject person loses his/her consciousness.
A vital sensor device 1 takes in a signal from a vital sensor 3 to determines whether a body causes the abnormality or not. If it detects the occurrence of the body abnormality, it gives an instruction for generating an alarm sound to a buzzer 4. Next, if a stop button 5 is not pressed during a predetermined time from the time when the instruction for generating the alarm sound is given, it acquires current position information from a GPS(Global Positioning System) module 7. An emergency signal including the current position information and user ID is generated to transmit the emergency signal to a center. At the center, an emergency informing device analyzes the emergency signal to obtain the user ID and the current position information, retrieves personal information corresponding to the user ID from a personal information data base 14 using the user ID, reads it, and displays the personal information and the current position information in a display device 16.
