Title:
BODY CAVITY LUMEN SECURING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3628915
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a largely opening diagnostic treating space on the periphery, and take a lesion part in the space in a natural state to the possible minimum level by providing the space opened/closed by advancing/retreating at least one of a sheath and a tip head member in the shaft direction.
SOLUTION: This device is inserted into an anus from a part of a tip head member 7 in a closed state of dashing and joining an inclined face 15 of the tip head member 7 to a tip surface 13 of a sheath 3. Only the sheath 3 is pulled back from the position by choosing that an outer peripheral surface part of the tip head member 7 goes over a part supposed to have a lesion part, and an observing work space 20 is formed between the tip surface 13 of the sheath 3 and the inclined face 15 composed of a rear surface of the tip head member 7. Since there is only a part of a shaft member 6 in this space 20, the space 20 largely expands, and the space 20 formed of clearance between both surfaces 13, 15 largely opens so as to be opened over the whole periphery.
